Automic Event Engine Rule State Change

Package Rule State Change: Allows to react to a state/value change of a event type and attribute. Functionality: With 'Add Conditions' a condition like in the simple rule is added. These conditions can be removed. The specific condition for this rule object cannot be removed. Use Cases:

• Trigger only if a job(AE) starts to fail (ok, ok, fail, fail, fail, ok, canceled,...) => create a list of jobs/workflows that started to fail
• Build starts to fail => send email
• Service is not reachable anymore
